1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using any service offered by aajljl through aajljl.cam or any associated mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the aajljl platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and aajljl with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the aajljl platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gaming and casino-style gambling.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not as a representative of a corporate entity for commercial purposes unrelated to personal entertainment.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the aajljl platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming service.
• You are not employed by aajljl, any of its affiliates, or any service provider that has access to non-public game outcome data.

aajljl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, passport, UMID, SSS, PRC, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending document submission, and winnings may be withheld until full KYC compliance is confirmed.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on aajljl. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances therein may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to update your account profile whenever such information changes. aajljl shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain current contact information, including missed notifications regarding account security or promotional offers.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify aajljl customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. The Company will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your own negligence in safeguarding your credentials.

3.4 Account Transferability

aajljl accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, login credentials, or any accrued balance or bonus funds to any third party.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aajljl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Filipino-friendly payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency options including USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit is ₱20 (Philippine Peso) per transaction. This low threshold reflects our commitment to accessible gaming for Filipino players of all budget levels.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the aajljl account holder. Before a withdrawal is approved:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified with valid government ID.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited.
• A minimum of one (1) qualifying deposit must have been made using a non-cryptocurrency method before any cryptocurrency withdrawal is permitted.
• Processing times are typically 1–4 hours for e-wallet withdrawals; 1–3 banking days for bank transfers.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the aajljl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

aajljl may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited for entertainment purposes and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Default wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• aajljl reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim a bonus at any time if the Company reasonably believes the bonus has been abused, obtained through fraudulent means, or is in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Fair Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aajljl platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or platform errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and subject to clawback.
• Chargebacks, reversed payments, or payment fraud of any nature.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• Opening or using an account on behalf of any third party.

6.2 Game Integrity

All games on the aajljl platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are hosted by licensed game providers under studio conditions designed to ensure complete fairness. The Company makes no guarantee of winnings on any game, and results are determined solely by certified RNG systems or physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the aajljl platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game assets, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of aajljl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aajljl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of aajljl.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The aajljl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, aajljl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers, payment processors, or internet service providers that affect your gaming experience or financial transactions.
• Gambling losses sustained during normal play, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

aajljl is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We strongly encourage all members to treat gaming exclusively as entertainment and to set personal limits before each session.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all aajljl members free of charge through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts that cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous play sessions after which the system will prompt you to take a break.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic pop-up summaries of your current session's time elapsed and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months, or permanently close your account with no option for reinstatement.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by our support team and take effect within one (1) hour of confirmation. aajljl will not market to or accept deposits from self-excluded players for the duration of any exclusion period. 10. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

aajljl reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• Providing services to the Member would result in regulatory non-compliance or reputational risk.
• The Member's identity or age could not be satisfactorily verified within the period required.

Upon voluntary account closure requested by the Member, any remaining verified balance will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, minus any applicable transaction fees. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and aajljl, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days of formal written notice, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate Philippine jurisdiction or PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

12. Amendments to These Terms

aajljl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the aajljl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
